I was seated immediately. Alex took my drink order right away. I was able to order immediately as well. In exactly five minutes after ordering, Alex sat a plate in front of me that was so hot, that my grandbabies are going to come out screaming! The chips and salsa were epic! The food was GLORIOUS!!! The enchilada was flavorful, the rice was light enough to float off of my plate, and the beans were perfect as well! All I need now is a hammock and four large guys to carry me out to it! A GLORIOUS lunch by all accounts!!!
Visiting Culpeper for 1 night and my husband and I enjoyed eating here! The food was awesome and everyone was so friendly. I had the spicy burrito - so good! My husband had a California burrito (I think that was the name of it), he liked it too! Keeps talking about the food there and how he would love to go there again someday!
We called with a last min (night before) request of a party of 60 and this restaurant went above and beyond to make it happen! We had a great experience and were in and out in 1 hour and 45 mins! I seriously can’t say enough about how great the service was. True customer service seems to be dead in most places but they really went the extra mile with smiles and fast service! Thanks Pancho Villa! We’ll be back next time we’re in town for sure!!!!
The only improvement I would like to see is using less oil in the Pollo Grande, when the hot skillet was brought to the table it was popping us in hot oil. Other than that, it was an amazing experience with excellent food!
The food is amazing. We ordered the open sea food burrito and grilled salmon. The service was excellent. Duborah made us feel home. I would come again and again to try other things.
I'm the one who loves food that has some spice and the orders that we had were amazing but I can't remember the name lol
The staff are super friendly, and the staff work together to get everyone’s food out very quickly! Many people checked on us to make sure everything was good, but gave us a chance to actually enjoy our meal as well.
We've never had a bad experience here but it happened today. We sat outside since it was gorgeous. Waited a tad long for server to greet.us. Once our drinks arrived they seemed to be.missing the Alcohol portion. Then our meal arrived mostly cold....so I barely ate it. Server never came back to check on us at all or refill drinks or anything. We were there around 3. Literally 2 cars in parking lot. So they weren't busy at all. Not sure what happened today
